2. I make the changes, or give you the exact records to paste.
3. I test and send a short summary of what changed.
Never send passwords. Delegate access or screen share is enough.

FAQ
Can you guarantee my emails will reach the inbox?
No. Correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records remove the most common reasons for spam placement, but inbox placement also depends on your sender reputation, your email content and your sending history. I fix the DNS side and tell you if I find a problem outside it.
Will changing my records break my current email?
I don't delete working records without telling you first. Before I change anything I note your current records, so any change can be reversed. Tell me before ordering if your email is business-critical right now.
I send email from more than one service (for example Google Workspace plus a newsletter tool). Can that be set up?
Yes, but each sending service needs its own record, and SPF has a limit on how many it can hold. Send me the full list of services that send mail from your domain so I can plan the records properly.
My email isn't on Google Workspace. Does this still work?
Yes, as long as your provider lets you read its DKIM and SPF values. Tell me the provider's name before ordering and I'll confirm.
How long until I can see the result?
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to reach everyone. I test right after the changes, but a final check is best done a day or two later, and I'm happy to answer questions in that window.
