I provide non-technical customer support via email, chat and WhatsApp. My background includes customer service, sales support and administration, with experience handling quotations, following up with customers and tracking deliveries.

I can help with:

• Product enquiries using your information and guidelines
• Order status updates and delivery tracking
• Quotation and sales follow-ups
• Recording requests and escalating issues to your team
• A brief summary of completed tasks and outstanding enquiries

Packages include 2, 4 or 8 TOTAL work hours, spread over 1, 2 or 4 service days. Hours cover reviewing your instructions, customer support and the summary report, shared across the agreed channels.

Support is provided during agreed time slots, not continuously throughout the delivery period. Message volume depends on the complexity of each enquiry. Phone support is not included.

I offer support in Brazilian Portuguese and English (B2).
