I'm a turbomachinery engineer with 24 years of experience, PhD, and a Certified ANSYS Specialist. I reconstruct accurate blade and impeller geometry from your scan data ready for CAD, manufacturing, or CFD/FEA analysis.

 

My Process: review scan quality, clean & align raw data, rebuild the blade profile via parametric NURBS surface fitting (true engineering intent, not a rough mesh copy), then validate accuracy and deliver clean CAD files.
