Full-stack engineer on a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform. Backend in Node.js with FastAPI services, frontend in Next.js and React with Tailwind. Integrated the WhatsApp Business Cloud API for bulk official messaging and a multi-agent shared inbox, plus an OpenAI-powered chatbot and rule-based reply automation. Wired up n8n and custom Python pipelines to handle the repetitive business workflows that used to eat manual hours, with webhooks, queues, and retry logic so nothing dropped in production.
