What files can I send you?
I can work with Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files. If you have another format, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Can you reconcile multiple files?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages are designed for multi-file workflows such as orders, transactions, refunds, or other structured datasets that need to be compared and checked.
Do you provide accounting or bookkeeping services?
No. I provide data processing, reconciliation, validation, and reporting automation. I do not provide accounting, tax, audit, or financial advisory services.
Can you connect directly to Shopify, Stripe, databases, or APIs?
Direct API or live database integrations are not included in this Gig. Please contact me first if your project requires live connectivity so I can confirm whether it fits my current scope.
Will you provide the Python source code?
Source code is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, it can be added as an extra.
What happens if my data contains duplicates or inconsistent records?
I do not silently guess or delete ambiguous records. I flag issues clearly so they can be reviewed, corrected, and rerun where needed.
