Will the bot guarantee profits?
No - and anyone promising that is misleading you. I build the infrastructure (clean code, reliable execution, risk management). Your strategy idea and market conditions determine profitability. I'll honestly assess your idea before we commit, and recommend backtesting first if there's any doubt.
Which exchanges do you support?
Primary expertise: Binance (spot and futures) and Bybit. I use the ccxt library which connects to 100+ exchanges, so OKX, Kraken, Coinbase, KuCoin and most others are supported. Mention your target exchange in your message and I'll confirm before we start.
Do you need my exchange API keys?
For development I use testnet / paper trading keys (no real money, no risk). When you go live, you provide your own trading keys and run the bot from your own machine or server. I never store, share, or use your live keys.
Can you implement my custom trading strategy?
Yes - this is the most common request. Send me a written description, pseudocode, indicator formulas, or even a reference paper or TradingView script. I'll review the scope before we start. If something can't work as-is, I'll tell you upfront instead of taking the order and disappointing you later.
What happens if the bot breaks after delivery?
Basic includes 7 days of free bug fixes. Standard includes 14 days. Premium includes 30 days. Beyond that, you can purchase the "30-Day Code Support" add-on, or message me for a custom maintenance arrangement.
