FAQ
Do you work with platforms other than Shopify?
Yes - WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix eCommerce and custom stores. Shopify is where I do most of my work because its default URL structure creates specific, fixable SEO problems I know well.
I have 500 products. Can you do all of them?
Not manually, and you should not pay anyone to. I optimise your highest-revenue products and collections by hand, then build meta title and description templates plus rules that apply cleanly across the rest of the catalogue.
Will you write my product descriptions?
Yes, for the products included in your package. I write for buyer intent and conversion first, search second - a description that ranks but does not sell is a failure. You keep full ownership of everything I write.
Do you need access to my Shopify admin?
For implementation, yes. Shopify lets you create a staff account with limited permissions - Products, Online Store and Analytics is enough. I never need payouts, customers or billing access, and you can revoke it the moment we finish.
Will this affect my theme or design?
No. I work on content, metadata, schema and structure - not your visual design. If a technical fix does need a theme code edit, I tell you first, take a backup, and explain exactly what is changing and why.
How is this different from your general SEO gig?
This one is built for stores: collection page strategy, product schema, faceted navigation and crawl waste, Merchant Center, and revenue-per-page thinking. The general SEO gig treats every page the same. Stores are not like that.
Do you also run Google Shopping ads?
Yes - see my Google Ads gig. I have run Shopping and Performance Max profitably for ecommerce, including an Australian flower delivery business through peak seasons like Valentine's and Mother's Day. SEO plus Shopping together works best.
How long before I see more sales?
Product and collection pages usually start moving in 4 to 10 weeks. Sales follow traffic, but they also depend on your pricing, reviews and product-market fit - I will tell you honestly if SEO is not your actual bottleneck.
Can you optimise my store for ChatGPT and AI search too?

Do you offer ongoing monthly work?
