Need your Excel data in CSV format? I will convert XLS or XLSX worksheets into cleanly structured CSV files for your next workflow.
PACKAGES
Basic: 1 worksheet, up to 1,000 total data rows.
Standard: Up to 5 worksheets, up to 10,000 total data rows.
Premium: Up to 10 worksheets, up to 50,000 total data rows.
Limits apply to the whole order: up to 30 columns per worksheet and 20 MB of source files in total. Each worksheet is delivered as a separate CSV file.

- UTF-8 encoding
- Comma-separated output, or an agreed delimiter
- Checks of row counts, column alignment and special characters
CSV stores data, not Excel formatting, charts or macros. Formulas are exported as their existing calculated values. Please provide files with up-to-date formula results.
Data cleaning, merging, formula repair, password removal, PDF/OCR and JSON/XML conversion are not included. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed conversion scope.

What counts as one worksheet?
A worksheet is one tab inside an Excel workbook. A workbook containing five tabs counts as five worksheets if all are converted. Each worksheet becomes a separate CSV file. Package row limits apply across all selected worksheets combined, excluding header rows.
Will my formulas and formatting be preserved?
CSV stores data only. Colors, fonts, charts, macros and multiple tabs are not preserved. Formula cells are exported using their existing calculated results, not as working formulas. Please recalculate and save your workbook in Excel before sending it. Formula repair is not included.
What should I provide before conversion?
Provide your XLS or XLSX files, the names of the worksheets to convert, and any required delimiter, date format or column specifications. If the CSV is for another system, share its import instructions or sample template. Send a non-sensitive sample before ordering so I can check compatibility.
Does this include data cleaning or fixing import errors?
This service covers file format conversion and basic output checks. Deduplication, merging, missing-data correction, formula repair and troubleshooting another platform are not included.
