What do you need from me to get started?
2-3 sample documents (redact sensitive values), roughly how many you process per week, which fields your books need, and which tool the entries go into. The order form collects it, and I confirm scope in chat before building.
How does the project run after I order?
I test extraction on your samples first and tell you honestly what works. Then I build, test on your real documents, and keep you updated in Fiverr messages. Standard/Premium include testing on your volume; Premium adds a parallel-run phase before you rely on it.
Does anything post to my books automatically?
No. The pipeline prepares draft entries and a human on your team approves each one. That approval step is a design rule and stays in every tier.
What file types and accounting tools does it work with?
PDFs, scans and phone photos. On the books side: anything with an import format or API - Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks are common, and a structured spreadsheet works for every accountant.
What support do I get after delivery?
A handover walkthrough plus written notes, and your tier's revisions (2/3/5) after go-live. If the delivered pipeline breaks, message me - I fix my own builds. Ongoing costs are just your own AI usage; no per-document fees to me.
