Can you verify the profile for me?
No. Google decides which verification method you are offered, and the owner completes it. If Google asks for a video, the owner records it at the premises on their own phone. I cannot verify the profile or film it for you.
Will this get me to the top of Google Maps?
No promise, from me or anyone. Google says local results depend on relevance, distance and prominence. I work on what you control: a complete, accurate profile that matches what you offer. Distance I cannot change.
Is Google My Business the same as Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business (GMB) to Google Business Profile. It is the same listing that shows in Search and on Maps, and this gig covers it under either name.
What do you need from me before you start?
Your listing link, or your business name and city, and the details you want the profile to show: what you offer, your hours and the areas you serve. Once you order, you invite me as a manager so I can make the changes.
Do you need access to my account?
You invite me as a manager from your profile settings, using my email, and I accept. No password changes hands, you can remove me the same way, and the profile stays in your name throughout.
