The seller send a rather generic SEO report that could be found from free resources. For example, he sent a report from GTmetrix that shows "website loading time". However, he selected test location as "Canada" while 95% of my audience is in Europe - that changes the report results a lot, FYI. Nice but I would not spent an amount for this.
