Which Shopify themes do you work with?
Any theme: Dawn, Horizon and other Online Store 2.0 themes, premium themes from the Theme Store or third parties, and older vintage themes. Some changes depend on what the theme allows, and I will tell you upfront if so.
Do you need my password or store access?
I never need your login password. Please send a collaborator request or add me as staff with theme access, and remove my access once the work is delivered.
Will my live store be affected while you work?
No. I duplicate your live theme and make every change on the copy, then test it on desktop and mobile. Nothing goes live until you approve it, or I can publish it for you.
Can you fix a bug caused by an app or another developer?
Yes. App conflicts, broken sections, JavaScript errors and layout glitches are common jobs. If the problem is bigger than your package, I will tell you before starting and suggest the right one.
Can you build a custom section or feature from a design?
Yes. I build custom sections, blocks and features in Liquid, JavaScript and CSS from a Figma file, a screenshot or a reference site. Send it over before ordering and I will confirm the scope and the right package.
What if I am not sure which package I need?
Message me your store link and a short description or screenshot of what you want. I will reply with the right package or a custom offer before you order, so you never pay for more than you need.
Do you also work with WooCommerce and WordPress?
Yes, that is my main specialty. Beyond Shopify I do WooCommerce and WordPress builds, fixes, plugins, QA testing and SEO audits. Moving from WooCommerce to Shopify? Message me before ordering.
Do you guarantee faster load times or more sales?
I follow Shopify best practices and keep code lean, but nobody can honestly promise specific speed scores, rankings or sales. What I promise is clean, tested work that matches what we agreed.
