Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, especially for complex or unclear issues. Send your URL, symptoms, screenshots, or error message. I will review the scope and recommend the correct package or a custom offer.
What types of WordPress issues do you fix?
I fix critical errors, white screens, plugin or theme conflicts, PHP or JavaScript errors, broken layouts, forms, menus, login problems, redirects, 404s, database issues, update failures, and responsive bugs.
What access will you need?
Usually temporary WordPress admin access. For server, database, or file-level issues, I may also need hosting, cPanel, or SFTP access. Please share credentials only through Fiverr's secure system.
Do you create a backup before making changes?
When the site and hosting allow it, I create or confirm a recent backup before major changes. If your hosting restricts backups, I will explain the safest next step before proceeding.
Is WooCommerce included in this gig?
This gig covers general WordPress fixes. For checkout, cart, payment, order, or other WooCommerce-specific problems, please use my dedicated WooCommerce-fix gig or message me for the right link.
Do you fix malware or improve website speed?
Those require specialized diagnostics and are offered through my dedicated malware-removal and speed-optimization gigs. Message me on Fiverr and I will direct you to the correct service.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is a single clearly defined problem with one root cause, such as a broken contact form or critical error. Multiple unrelated issues require the Standard or Premium package or a custom offer.
Do you offer urgent delivery?
Yes, when availability and scope allow. Send the issue and deadline before ordering. Extra-fast delivery covers the agreed scope and does not bypass required testing or access.
