As a Cloud/DevOps Engineer at Infosys, I worked hands-on across container orchestration, GitOps automation, and event-driven cloud architecture. At TCS, I built and configured end-to-end AWS networking and security infrastructure. This included designing and implementing Amazon VPCs, AWS Transit Gateway for centralized network connectivity across multiple VPCs, AWS Direct Connect for dedicated on-premises-to-cloud links, site-to-site VPN, and AWS PrivateLink for secure private service access without traversing the public internet. On the security and governance side, I implemented IAM policies and roles, KMS for encryption key management, Secrets Manager for credential handling, and SSO for centralized access control. I also worked with AWS's monitoring and threat detection stack - GuardDuty, Security Hub, and CloudTrail - to maintain visibility into infrastructure activity, and applied network-layer protections including AWS Shield, WAF, NACLs, and security groups to harden environments against common attack vectors. In parallel, I delivered Pega Platform application support for a CIBC Canada engagement, contributing to enterprise workflow and case management solutions using my Pega System Architect and Senior System Architect expertise.
