Do you have experience with international/global suppliers?
Yes. I currently manage a global supplier base spanning Japan, Korea, China, India, Germany, Italy, Mexico, the USA, and Canada — including lead-time monitoring and supply risk mitigation across those regions.
Can you help with SAP or ERP-based procurement systems?
Yes. I led a SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP) implementation at Syngenta Canada and hold a certification in MRP Strategies in SAP. I can advise on procurement workflows within SAP MM/MRP or help you structure processes for another ERP system.
Do you handle contract negotiation, or just sourcing strategy?
Both, depending on the package. Basic is a strategy and audit-only tier. Standard and Premium include hands-on vendor outreach and contract negotiation, where I work directly with suppliers on your behalf.
