How it works:

You send sketches, a survey, or existing plans. I confirm scope and the sheet list before I start. Revisions are limited to the count in your package. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted before I proceed.

Deliverables: PDF and DWG.

Not included:structural, MEP, or civil engineering, and a professional seal. If your jurisdiction requires a stamp, you will need a licensed architect or engineer of record.
