Need to upload blog posts to Shopify? I manually upload, format, and publish your articles on Shopify cleanly.

What I do for each client-provided article:
- Transfer content to Shopify from Google Docs or Word
- Format H1-H3 headings, paragraphs, lists, and responsive HTML tables
- Upload and align inline images, featured image, and image alt text
- Add internal product or collection links and external links
- Set post title, author, category, tags, and custom excerpt
- Add basic on-page SEO (page title, meta description, and URL handle)
- Publish immediately, save as draft, or schedule visibility on Shopify

Do you write the blog posts or only upload and format content I provide?
I only upload, format, and publish content that you provide. Please send your written draft in Google Docs or Word along with your images and links, and I will turn it into a clean, publish-ready Shopify blog post.
What Shopify store access or permissions do you need to upload blog posts?
You do not need to share your main password. Simply send a Shopify Collaborator or Staff invite to my email with "Blog posts and pages" permission enabled (plus "Files" if uploading media and "Home" to set authors).
Can you format headings, tables, lists, and inline images using HTML
Yes! I use the Shopify Rich Text Editor's HTML view to fix spacing errors, structure H1-H3 headings, build clean HTML tables and bullet lists, align inline images, and embed YouTube or Vimeo videos.
Do you add the SEO page title, meta description, URL handle, and alt text?
Yes! I populate the Shopify Search engine listing preview fields (page title, meta description, and URL handle), add descriptive image alt text, insert internal product or collection links, and set tags and custom excerpts.
Can you schedule Shopify blog posts or upload a large batch of articles?
