No choice but to rate things like this. Freelancer rated as 4/5, work rated 2/5 and value for money rated as 1/5. The end result isn't useable for me. I've had to restore to the backup I had prior to starting all this. So.. there wasn't exactly any 'value'.. I hired him to optimise my wocommerce website....
