Do I need to give you access to my Salesforce org?
Yes, for most tasks. A sandbox login or a dedicated admin user works best. I'll tell you exactly what's needed before we start, and you can deactivate the user after delivery.
What counts as "1 item" or "1 automation"?
One flow, validation rule, report, dashboard, or Apex trigger for a single business process. Basic covers any 1 item, Standard any 3, Premium any 5. Not sure how your requirement counts? Message me and I'll tell you honestly before you order.
Can you do data migration?
Yes. Small data loads are included in Standard and Premium. For larger or messier migrations, message me with your record count and source format and I'll send a custom offer.
Do you work with Agentforce and AI features?
Yes, I am Salesforce certified in Agentforce and Data Cloud and have implemented production AI use cases including case assistance, record summarization, and automated responses.
Will you work directly in my production org?
Where possible I build in a sandbox and deploy after your approval. For small config changes I can work in production with a rollback plan. Nothing is deployed without your sign-off.
