About me
Small businesses lose deals between inbox, spreadsheet and CRM. I automate complete workflows in sales and fulfillment: leads, CRM, follow-up, delivery and reporting, with Claude where it takes judgment.
As a consultant at a German consultancy I have worked with over 80 business owners on sales, marketing and hiring. I know where deals stall and delivery breaks, and I automate exactly there.
My own sales system has reached over 1,500 businesses. Stack: Python, Node.js, Supabase, Claude.

My own web agency for small businesses in Chile, run on an acquisition system I designed and operate myself on a Linux server. - Leads mainly from Google Maps (Places API), plus association lists and OpenStreetMap - Cold email on own domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a daily health check per mailbox and a template lint as a hard gate before sending - An hourly run processes replies: a rule-based classifier maps each reply to the due delivery (demo, quote, call, open question, follow-up) and Claude writes the draft. Email replies go out automatically within fixed limits, WhatsApp replies by click - CRM on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with event log and duplicate protection - Websites on my own reusable engine, deployed via Netlify 1,554 businesses contacted as of September 2026.
