We're only 8 people, are we too small?
No. Small teams get the biggest gain, because one bad handover is a large share of your day.
Do we need new software?
Usually not first. Most of what I find is fixed by sequence, ownership and a written rule. I'll tell you if tooling is genuinely the answer.
Will you actually implement it, or just hand me a report?
