About me
Hi! I’m Marco, a medical and scientific illustrator and medical writer.
I started my career as a nurse, earned a PhD, and spent many years working as a researcher and tutor, gaining extensive experience in the scientific field.
I strongly believe that a simple, engaging, and well-designed image can truly change the way science is communicated, making it easier for everyone to understand and appreciate. This is the main reason why I started developing my skills in scientific illustration and science communication.

Since 2022, I have illustrated and written more than 100 scientific articles for various authors. I have also supported university students as an academic tutor, helping them with both scientific writing and visual communication. I am currently responsible for education and training at a scientific society and work as a medical writing consultant for healthcare companies.
