FAQ
Can you customize Houzez form fields (hide, rename, reorder)?
Yes. I specialize in form customization—hiding unwanted fields, renaming labels, adding validation rules, reordering fields, and injecting custom headers. I've done extensive work with Houzez contact forms, property submission forms, and financial field customization.
How long does a full Houzez website build take?
Custom Houzez builds from scratch typically take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity. Site customizations and modifications usually take 3–7 days. I'll provide a clear timeline after discussing your requirements.
Can you improve page speed on existing Houzez sites?
Yes. I optimize image compression, enable lazy loading, minify code, optimize databases, and configure caching. Most Houzez sites see 30–60 point PageSpeed improvements. Speed is core to my approach.
Do you handle IDX integration or API connections?
Yes. I've integrated third-party listing APIs, MLS feeds, CRM systems, and custom data sources into Houzez sites. I can also set up webhooks, payment gateways, and notification systems.
