I clean and organise product and inventory data in Excel or CSV.
I work in warehouse operations, using Visma ERP and scanner-based WMS systems daily. My experience includes checking product records, quantities and units, and reporting discrepancies.
Depending on your instructions, I can:
- Remove duplicates using an agreed identifier and keep rule
- Remove extra spaces and fix formatting inconsistencies
- Standardise dates, units and category labels
- Flag missing or inconsistent values
- Arrange columns to match a supplied template
Each package covers one table, up to 10 columns and five agreed cleanup rules. One item means one row. Please select the package that covers your row count.
You receive a cleaned file and a short summary of changes and unresolved issues. The original file remains unchanged. Missing information is flagged rather than invented.
External research, uncertain record matching, manual rewriting and uploads to live systems are not included.
One revision covers adjustments to the agreed scope using the original data.

What counts as one item?
One item is one row of data, excluding the header. Each package covers one table with up to 10 columns and five agreed cleanup rules.
How do you handle duplicates?
We agree which fields identify a duplicate and which record should be kept. Similar names or descriptions alone are not enough to remove a record.
Can you fill in missing information?
I can fill values from information you provide under an agreed rule. Otherwise, I flag them for review. External research is not included.
Will product codes and barcodes be preserved?
I preserve product codes and barcodes, including leading zeros. I only change identifiers when you provide a clear correction rule.
What does a revision include?
One revision covers adjustments to the agreed cleanup rules using the original file. New data or additional tasks require a separate quote.
Can you work with larger or more complex files?
Please message me with the row count, column count and required changes before ordering. I will review the scope and confirm whether I can help.
