What do you need from me to start?
Shopify login or collaborator access, your logo and brand colours, product photos and descriptions, and your niche. No Shopify account yet? I'll walk you through setting one up.
I already have a store but it isn't selling. Can you redesign it?
Yes, that's most of my work. I rebuild the pages that leak sales, speed the store up, and add cart recovery so visitors who leave get followed up automatically. Your products and orders stay intact.
Will my store work properly on mobile?
Yes. Most Shopify traffic is mobile, so I design and test mobile first, then desktop. Slow, clumsy mobile pages are the most common reason a store stops converting.
What is abandoned cart recovery and why does it matter?
Most shoppers add to cart and leave. Recovery flows automatically email and text them a reminder. It's usually the highest-return automation on a store, and most Shopify sellers never set it up.
Do I need to buy a premium theme or paid apps?
Not necessarily. I can build on a free theme like Dawn, or customise a premium one if you own it. App subscriptions are billed by the app, not by me, and I'll tell you upfront which ones are worth paying for.
