I'm an architect with 7+ years of experience creating high-quality kitchen layouts and photorealistic 3D renders for homeowners, contractors, and interior designers. This service helps you make decisions with confidence and avoid costly mistakes.
Packages:
- Basic ($50): 1 floor plan with measurements (no renders).
- Standard ($160): Floor plan + 2 high-quality 3D renders (2K).
- Premium ($400): Floor plan + 4 elevations + 4 high-quality 3D renders + source files.
All packages include:
- Accurate measurements and scaling
- Texturing, lighting, and furniture (Standard & Premium)
- Reliable delivery (3 to 10 days)
Optional extras: rush delivery, additional views, 360° rendering, and alternate layout designs.
What I need from you: Photos or video of your kitchen, a hand sketch with dimensions or existing plans, and style references.
Note: 3D modeling and renders are not included in Basic. Final prices may vary based on project detail. By ordering you agree that renderings/plans may be showcased in my portfolio and social media (copyright not included).

What is included in each package?
Basic: Floor plans with measurements. No renderings included. Standard: Floor plan with measurements, 2 renders (1 design option). Premium: 1 floor plan, 4 internal elevations, 4 renders, source file (1 design option).
How do I provide the necessary information for my kitchen design?
After purchasing, you'll fill out a questionnaire with all necessary information, including a photo or video of your kitchen, reference images that reflect your vision, and a rough hand sketch with measurements, among other important details.
Can I request revisions to the designs?
Yes. Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3 revisions, Premium unlimited. Additional revisions are available as an extra if needed.
How long does the design process take?
Delivery times vary by package: Basic: 3 days Standard: 6 days Premium: 10 days
Will I receive the source files?
Included in Premium. Available as an extra for Standard or Basic upon request.
Can I use the renderings for my own purposes?
Yes — you can use the renderings for your personal or client presentations. By ordering this gig, you grant me permission to showcase the images and plans in my portfolio and social media (unless you request otherwise).
Will I receive links to the materials and furniture?
Not by default. This gig focuses on the 3D design and renders only. If you’d like clickable links to all the finishes, fixtures and furniture used, I offer that as a separate gig dedicated to moodboards and material lists — feel free to contact me for details.
