How should I send the content?
You can send everything in the order chat or as a text/Word file. Just make sure it’s editable, since I can’t transcribe text from images.
Can you take the content from my website instead of sending the postcard text?
Your website is very helpful as a brand and style reference, but I'll still need you to send the exact text you want to include in the postcard. Since postcards have limited space, please send a short version with the main message, contact details, and call to action you want to use.
What will I receive as the source file?
The editable file will be in Adobe Illustrator (AI). In some cases, an editable PDF can also be included.
Does the Basic package include the back side?
The Basic package includes a 1-sided design only. If you’d like a front and back design, you can go with the Standard or Premium package.
Can I request a different design concept?
Yes, additional design versions can be added as an extra.
What if I don’t have all the content ready?
All content must be provided before the project starts to avoid delays.
Will the file be ready for printing?
Yes! All files are delivered print-ready and set up for professional printing.
