Which medical specialties do you have experience with?
I have billing experience in internal medicine, family practice, behavioral health, podiatry and physical therapy. Message me if your specialty isn't listed and I'll tell you if I'm a good fit.
What do you need from me to get started?
A patient list, device data and care time logs, insurance details, and access to your EHR or billing software. View-only access is enough.
How do we securely share patient data or EHR/EMR access?
I work through your practice's secure system, such as your EHR, billing portal or secure file sharing. Please don't send patient information by regular email or chat.
How do you make sure claims meet RPM, CCM and RTM requirements?
Before billing, I check each patient's monthly device data and care time against the requirements for each code. If anything is missing, I flag it so it can be fixed before the claim goes out
Can you help clean up a large backlog of old aging A/R and denials?
Yes. I review the denial reasons, correct and resubmit claims, and follow up on unpaid ones. Send me an aging report and I'll tell you what is realistic.
Do you provide clinical care or monitor patients?
No. I do billing only: coding, eligibility checks, claims, follow-up and reporting. Monitoring and patient calls stay with your team.
