Do you do UI and UX Design as well?
Yes, I offer UI and UX Design as well. Check out my other gigs or message me directly to learn more. I am open to projects requiring both UI and UX design. I also offer gigs specifically for user research and product testing. I can be your one stop shop for all UI/UX needs!
What kind of UX research do you conduct?
Research is dependent on the project and its scale. I do qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, usability testing and surveys. I will let you know what methods I think suit your project.
Is collaboration necessary?
You can be as hands off as you want to be. Once I have an understanding of your project, I can do the entire UX Research process without further collaboration. That said, if you want to collaboration, I am happy to have regular calls and check ins throughout the research process.
Are you a native English speaker?
I am a native English speaker from Canada. I graduated from the University of Toronto with degrees in Management and Public Policy and have won awards for creative writing.
What design software do you use?
I use Figma.
