FAQ
What data do you need from me to start?
Whatever you already have: an Excel file, a CSV, a database connection or access to your Google Analytics account. If your data is messy, that's fine — cleaning it is part of the job.
Do I need a Power BI license?
No. I deliver the .pbix file, which opens in Power BI Desktop (free). If you want to share it online with your team, you'll need Power BI Pro, and I'll walk you through publishing it.
Can you connect the dashboard to my live data?
Yes. I can set up connections to SQL databases, Google Analytics 4, BigQuery or Google Sheets so the dashboard refreshes automatically instead of using a static file.
What if I don't know which metrics I need?
That's common. Tell me what decisions you're trying to make and I'll propose the KPIs that answer them. This is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
Do you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. I work in a regulated banking environment and I'm an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, so confidentiality is standard practice for me.
