FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Just send your product photos, logo, product name and benefits, and the text or call to action you want in the video. If you have a sample video or style you like, you can send that too.
What format will I receive?
You will receive a clean MP4 video in vertical format, ready to post on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If you need another size, please tell me before ordering.
Is the model in the video a real person?
No. My videos are created with AI generation and editing, using AI scenes and virtual models. There is no filming and no live model, which keeps the cost lower than a traditional shoot
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. Revisions are included depending on your package: 1 in Basic, 2 in Standard and 3 in Premium. Revisions cover small changes like text, timing or music, not a completely new video concept.
