FAQ
What do I need to provide for an order?
I just need the song title, artist, and a link/audio file to ensure I'm charting the exact version you want.
Does the chart include all difficulty levels
The standard package includes the Expert difficulty. If you need a "Full Difficulty Pack" (Easy, Medium, and Hard), you can select it as a Gig Extra during checkout.
Do you offer pitched vocals for microphone gameplay?
No, for now I only offer unpitched scrolling lyrics.
Can you chart songs longer than 6 minutes?
Yes! For very long tracks (e.g., Progressive Rock or Metal songs over 7 minutes), please message me first so I can create a custom offer based on the song’s complexity.
Do you offer discounts for multiple songs?
Yes! If you want a full album or a large pack of songs, send me a message and I'll give you a bulk discount.
What if I find a sync issue or a bug after delivery?
I test every chart before delivery, but I offer unlimited free fixes for any technical bugs or sync issues you might find.
