Do you work with Zendesk Guide on any plan?
Custom themes need a Zendesk plan that allows theme code editing (Suite Growth or higher, or Guide Professional). Not sure what you have? Message me and I'll check before you order.
Will the new theme affect my existing articles?
No. I build the theme separately and you preview it before it goes live. Your articles, sections and categories stay exactly as they are. You can switch back to your old theme at any time.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, brand colors and fonts, a link to your website, and examples of help centers you like. I'll need agent or admin access to Guide, or I can send you the theme files to upload yourself.
Will the theme be mobile friendly?
Yes. Every theme is responsive and tested on desktop, tablet and mobile, and I check color contrast so it stays readable.
