Yes. A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) ensures the highest animation quality. If you only have a non-vector version (like PNG or JPG), I can vectorize it for a small fee.
Where can I use my animated logo?
The gig can provide various types of video formats that will be suitable for all social media platforms such as: 1. Mp4 for standalone video posts 2. Transparent Mov for logo overlays on videos 3. Gifs for looped animations 4. JSON animations using Lottie library for Websites and Mobile apps
Can I request a faster turnaround?
Absolutely. I offer extra-fast delivery options for an additional fee. Let me know your deadline, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
Are the animations truly unique?
Yes! I never use a template nor re-use my previously created animations. The target of the gig is to reflect your brand and emphasize its services. Ready-made animations can't achieve that. I spend a good amount of time planning and brainstorming the animation which always results in a unique one.
What does a custom animation means?
A custom animation refers to an animation that is specifically created or tailored for a particular client's needs. It is not a pre-made or off-the-shelf animation that anyone can readily use.
What are the available video formats delivery?
There are a majority of supported formats, most common are: MP4: Low file size for social media/marketing usage MOV: For content creators and video creation usage (Supports Transparency) GIF: For creating looped animations JSON: Vector video format that is best used for websites
What if I don’t have a final logo or brand guidelines yet?
No problem. If you have a rough sketch or basic idea, I can still start working on your animation. For a finished, professional logo or brand identity, I also offer logo design and vectorization services.
What happens if the design and requirements change after the initial agreement?
If the design or requirements change after the initial agreement, additional charges may apply. This ensures we can provide a fair and high-quality service without an endless loop of revisions.
