FAQ
What do you need to get started?
I'll need access to your Wix account (or DNS provider if preferred), your email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, or Klaviyo), your domain name, and details about the issue you're experiencing.
How long does the setup take?
Most email authentication and deliverability projects are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on DNS propagation and the complexity of your setup.
Can you fix emails going to spam?
I'll identify and resolve authentication and DNS issues affecting deliverability. While no one can guarantee inbox placement, proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration significantly improves email trust.
Which platforms do you support?
I work with Wix, Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, and custom domains connected through popular DNS providers such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, and others.
Will you customize the setup for my business?
Yes. Every domain and email platform is configured based on your specific requirements, ensuring the setup follows current email authentication best practices.
