What do I need to provide before you start the design?
To get started, please provide your final text and available images, as well as your logo, brand guidelines and brand fonts, if applicable. The more context you can share about your brand, audience and goals, the better I can tailor the design to your needs.
Will I receive print-ready files?
Yes. Your final brochure will be delivered as a professionally prepared, print-ready PDF, including the required layout, bleed and color settings. If you have specific printer requirements, please share them before the design is finalized.
Can you arrange printing for me?
Yes, printing can be arranged as an additional service. I can help with print specifications, data preparation, communication with the printer and coordinating the production process. Printing costs themselves are not included in the design package.
Can I also have a digital version of the brochure?
Yes, I will provide a digital version optimized for your intended use, whether you plan to share it digitally, present it online or distribute it via email.
Can you redesign/update with my existing brochure?
I can redesign or refresh an existing brochure – from refining the layout and typography to creating a completely new visual direction while keeping your existing content and brand identity in mind.
Can you create illustration or write the text for me (copywriting)?
Basic graphic elements and illustrations are included where appropriate. Complex or fully custom illustrations, copywriting, logo design and extensive photo editing can be added as additional services.
Can you help me source images?
Yes. You can provide your own images, or I can help select suitable stock imagery for the design. Stock image licenses are not included and may incur additional costs.
Will I receive the editable source files?
Yes, editable source files are included.
Do I get commercial usage rights?
Yes. You receive commercial usage rights for the final approved design, allowing you to use your brochure for your business in both print and digital formats. (Third-party assets remain subject to their respective license terms.)
* Are fonts, stock images and other third-party assets included?
Third-party licenses are not included in the design package. If your project requires licensed fonts, stock imagery or other external assets, I’ll let you know about any additional costs before they are purchased.
