FAQ
Do I need my own Shopify account?
Yes, you’ll need a Shopify account on your own plan, and the subscription fee is paid directly to Shopify. If you don’t have one yet, I’ll guide you through setting it up before we start. I’ll only need collaborator access to build your store.
Do you provide the products and product photos?
You provide your products, photos and prices. I upload and organize them in your store (included in Standard and Premium). If you don’t have photos yet, I’ll tell you exactly what to prepare.
How long does the whole process take?
Basic takes 7 days, Standard 14 days and Premium 21 days. The timeline starts once I receive your brief and the access I need, so the faster you reply, the faster we launch.
What if I don’t like the logo or design?
Revisions are included in every package: 2 in Basic, 4 in Standard and unlimited in Premium. I’ll keep refining until you’re happy with the direction, within the scope of your package.
Do you also help with marketing after the launch?
The Premium package includes a launch strategy and email setup. For ongoing work such as ads, content or growth, message me before ordering and we can arrange a custom offer.
