Where will the bot be hosted?
On your server or a low-cost cloud host (usually about $5 per month). I set up the hosting and hand over access.

Yes. Answers and settings can live in a Google Sheet or a simple admin panel, so you can edit them without a developer.
Which AI model do you use?
ChatGPT or Claude via API, depending on your needs and budget. You pay the AI provider directly, usually a few dollars per month for a small bot.
