I’m a registered dietitian (20 yrs) with decades of lived experience in plant-based/vegan nutrition, meal plans and recipe adaptation. I use and recommend MOSTLY whole foods. But I also live in the real world: SOME processed foods, including salt & healthy oils, can add convenience and flavor with the same (or even better) nutrition.
