You tell me your paychecks and envelopes, and you get a Google Sheets or Excel file set up with your own numbers:

  • Envelopes with plan per payday, cash stuffed, spent and cash left
  • A status for each envelope: OK, Low or Empty
  • Sinking funds with a goal, a progress bar and the amount per paycheck
  • The exact bills to ask the bank for each payday (100s, 50s, 20s and so on)
  • A spending log that takes each purchase off the right envelope


Weekly, every two weeks or monthly paydays. Any currency, with your own bill sizes.
