How long do you need to respond to my request?
I usually reply as soon as I see your message. When I'm on the go, I also answer on my cellphone. But it could take some more time until I have completely checked the request. I will contact you back as soon as possible.
What do you need to get started with the work?
In general the more information you provide, the better I can work. But it's very helpful to summarize the information briefly and concisely and not to list unnecessary information. This helps to work more efficiently for you. Gladly send me your sketches, drawings, images or photos as well.
Can you also do 3D modeling and provide 3d files like .STEP or .STL?
Yes. I even have a several gigs that specialize in it such as the design of parts for 3D printing or 3D modelling in general. Just check out my service portfolio.
What software do you work with?
I work with Solidworks, SketchUP and Autodesk AutoCAD.
