What genres do you read?
I love all genres! I have particular experience with literary fiction, short stories, upmarket, book club, women's fiction, 'weird girl' fiction, speculative fiction, horror, thriller and crime, but I am more than happy to read other genres too. Send me a message if you want to check our fit!
Will you rewrite my manuscript?
No, I won't rewrite the work you send me, because I want to show you where you can improve so you can apply it yourself to future writing. This is an offering for writers who genuinely want to improve their craft.
What kind of feedback will I receive?
I'll shortly be adding examples to my portfolio – but for this 4000 word gig, you can expect a paragraph analysing your writing, which looks at pacing, character, story, writing style, POV and more, as well as a bullet list of how you could implement my suggestions.
Is my work confidential?
100% yes. I will never put your work into any AI, or use AI to write my feedback. I treat every client's work with the utmost security. I will delete your file after I have completed the work, unless you are a mentoring client.
