What information do you need from me before we start?
Your repository access (or a sample repo), your current hosting setup (VPS, cloud provider, or existing cluster), and your target environments (e.g., staging/production). If you're not sure, message me and I'll help you figure it out.
Do you need access to our production servers?
Only what's necessary for deployment — usually SSH access scoped to a deploy user, or a scoped cloud IAM role. I never ask for full account root access, and I'm happy to work within least-privilege setups or sign an NDA first.
Can you fix my existing broken CI/CD pipeline instead of building a new one?
Yes — pipeline debugging and repair fall under the Basic or Standard package depending on complexity. Share the current pipeline file and the error logs and I'll scope it before you order.
What if I don't have Docker or Kubernetes experience — can you still help?
Yes. Most clients hire me precisely because they don't want to learn the infrastructure side. I containerize, automate, and document everything so your team can operate it without deep DevOps expertise.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, always, before any repository or credential is shared. Just send it over and I'll countersign before we begin.
Which cloud providers do you support?
AWS, Azure, GCP, and self-hosted (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, bare-metal VPS). I run my own production platform, Flippix, on self-hosted Kubernetes with Terraform-managed infrastructure, so I'm equally comfortable with managed cloud or self-hosted setups.
Will my pipeline be down or unstable while you work on it?
No. Work is done on a separate branch/staging environment and only merged/promoted after you approve it, so your production deployments are never interrupted mid-build.
Do you provide documentation after delivery?
Yes — every package includes written documentation (setup summary at minimum, full runbook + architecture diagram at Standard/Premium), so the pipeline isn't a black box your team can't maintain.
What's the difference between CI/CD and GitOps, and which do I need?
CI/CD automates build/test/deploy; GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) adds a layer where your cluster state is reconciled from Git automatically, giving you audit trails and one-command rollbacks. Most small-to-mid apps are well served by CI/CD alone (Basic/Standard); teams running Kubernetes at scale benefit fro
