I'm a construction project manager with 8 years on commercial, healthcare and multifamily projects (up to 15+ at once, 20+ vendors at a time). I'll keep your project paperwork moving remotely so your field team can focus on building.

What I can handle:

• RFI and submittal logs: set up, track and follow up
• Meeting minutes and action item tracking
• Document control: drawing sets, revisions and file organization
• Weekly status reports for owners and leadership
• Punch list and closeout document tracking
• Bluebeam markups and project file setup

How it works: pick the hours you need (10, 20 or 40). We agree on scope and tools up front, you share access to your logs or files, and I deliver organized, up-to-date documentation.

Tools: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, Google Workspace.
