About me
I am a professional caricature portrait artist and I draw custom portraits at Gurnee Mills Mall in Gurnee IL. My mother, Anna Jelen, MFA, was an art teacher in Poland, and she used to take me along to her eight grade art classes, since I was just a little baby. I have also been trained in art academically at Northeastern Illinois University and independently through literature and practice, where I studied Classical European Portraiture and Figure Painting.
