Do I need to have a logo before placing an order?
Only for the Basic Package. If you choose the Standard or Premium Package, your logo will be designed from scratch as part of the project.
What’s the difference between the Standard and Premium packages?
The Standard Package gives your brand a strong visual foundation. The Premium Package goes further, creating a complete and consistent visual world for your brand.
What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?
Send me a message before ordering! Tell me a little about your project and I’ll help you choose the best option for your needs.
Can you create a custom package for my project?
Absolutely. Every brand is different, so if the available packages don’t fit your needs, contact me and I can create a custom offer.
Will I receive editable/source files?
Yes, according to the files included in your selected package. If you need a specific file format, please let me know before ordering.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes adjustments to the selected design direction. A completely new concept or a major change in the original brief may require an additional fee.
What happens if I don’t like the first concept?
Don’t worry. Branding is a collaborative process. Your feedback will help refine the concept and move the project in the right direction within the revisions included in your package.
Can you also design packaging, merchandise or other brand applications?
Yes! As an Industrial Designer, I can take your visual identity beyond the basics and apply it to packaging, merchandise, products and other brand materials. Contact me for a custom offer.
