Having trouble importing products into Shopify because of a messy or inconsistent CSV?
I will clean, correct, and validate your Shopify product CSV so it is organized and ready for a smoother import.
I can help fix:

What counts as one item?
Each CSV row counts as one item. A product with multiple variants may use several rows, so please check your total row count before selecting a package.
Will you upload the CSV to my Shopify store?
No. I will return a cleaned, validated CSV for you to review and import. I do not require access to your Shopify account.
What problems can you fix?
I can correct formatting, handles, SKUs, prices, inventory fields, vendors, tags, variant structure, image URLs, spacing, capitalization, duplicate rows, and other common CSV issues.
Will you create missing product information?
I will not invent prices, SKUs, descriptions, inventory counts, or other business data. I will clearly flag any missing information that requires your decision.
What files do you need from me?
Please send your current CSV and explain any Shopify import errors you have received. A screenshot of the error message is also helpful.
Can you clean supplier files that are not already in Shopify format?
Yes, but supplier-file conversions may require additional mapping and restructuring. Please message me before ordering so I can review the columns and confirm the correct scope.
Will valid product variants be removed as duplicates?
No. Valid variant rows will be preserved. Deduplication applies only to unintended duplicate records or repeated data that should not be present.
Can you guarantee Shopify will accept the file?
I will validate the file against Shopify CSV structure and correct the issues within the agreed scope. Final import results can still depend on store settings, apps, image access, and information supplied by the buyer.
