Your Laravel app works, but you have the feeling it is fragile you inherited it, the original developer left, or it grew faster than anyone planned. Before you spend money on new features, you should know what you actually have.

I read the codebase and give you a written report a non-technical owner can act on and a developer can execute: what is solid, what will bite you, and what to fix in what order.

What I look at

• Architecture and structure where business logic lives, and whether it can be changed safely
• Database schema and migrations modelling problems, missing indexes, N+1 query patterns
• Security authentication, authorisation gaps, mass assignment, exposed secrets, dependency vulnerabilities
• Performance obvious hot paths, caching opportunities, queue usage
• Testing what coverage exists and where the risk sits without it
• Deployment and configuration environment handling, committed secrets, upgrade blockers

What you get

A written report, ranked by what will hurt you soonest, not by severity theatre. Every finding has the file and line, why it matters in plain language, and what fixing it involves.
