Yes - source file is included in every delivery. Additionally you can specify which file formats you would like to be included.

Each project and brief is unique which can take different amount of time to complete. I aim to deliver each task within 2-3 day period, however, this may vary on clients circumstances as I can accommodate for quicker deliveries if urgently needed.

Rendering out your 3D model is a separate task to modelling your object/building therefore this would fall under a different scope of works, however, as a standard for this gig, to confirm the modelling task has been completed, a few clay snapshots of the 3D model will be included in the delivery.

The client can provide as much or as little information that the client has about what is required to be 3D modelled. However, the more information such as drawings, images, or sketches is provided by the client, the more accurately and closer to client’s expectations the task can be accomplished.

Most commonly Rhino will be used to produce 3D models, but the final output can be exported into any industry standard format such as dwg. Other softwares such as Sketchup and Revit can also be used, but preference must be stated by the client before the task is started.

After accepting an offer, tasks are usually started within 1-2 day period and delivered within 2-3 days, however, timeframes will vary depending on each brief and client’s requirements - on more complex tasks this timeframe may be longer. In urgent circumstances some tasks may be delivered quicker
