What access do you need to clean my site?
I will need your cPanel or FTP/SFTP login credentials and WordPress admin access. All your credentials are 100% confidential and will be deleted after the work is done.
How long does malware removal take?
Most cleanups are completed within 24–72 hours. For heavily infected or large sites, it may take up to 48–72 hours. However, if your site has been flagged by Google (e.g., blacklisted or marked as harmful), the full recovery — including Google's review and re-approval — typically takes an additional
